Our system takes up to one business day to process your order. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email with your login information (Username & Password) for the www.musicrow.com website. Please feel free to change your password after logging in.

If you are renewing an existing subscription, please make sure the information on your receipt is the same name or email address as your existing account. If your subscription has not lapsed, you can continue to use your existing username and password for MusicRow.com. If you’d like to send a note to make sure we identify it as a renewal and not a new subscription, please email store@musicrow.com. If your subscription did lapse, you can expect to receive your login information within one business day.

For RowFax Subscriptions…

Please note that the MusicRow.com and RowFax.com websites are two completely separate websites. After logging into each for the first time, we recommend that you re-set the same password for both of these sites to make it easier to remember.

For Individual Magazine Orders…

We will send your magazine via First Class mail to your shipping address (as reflected on your receipt). You should receive your magazine(s) within 3-7 business days.
