Pandora, Live Nation Execs Dump Shares

pandora11Pandora Founder and Chief Strategy Officer Tim Westergren has sold 85,000 shares of his company’s stock on the open market, according to an SEC filing. The transaction was disclosed in an SEC Form 4 filing on Tuesday (Sept. 3). The stock was sold at an average price of $18.64, for a total of $1,584,400.00.

Westergren now directly owns 340,000 shares in the company, with a current market value of approximately $6.3 million.

Live Nation‘s CFO Kathleen Willard cashed out almost $900k in LYV stock last week. She relieved her portfolio of 50,000 shares at a price of $17.26, according to nasdaq.com, resulting in an $863,000 income. This comes after CEO Michael Rapino sold 640,000 shares of stock in the company in August, bringing in $11.7 million. The sale represented about 38 percent of his direct holdings. Rapino made the sale just before news broke of the departure of Ticketmaster president Nathan Hubbard.
