On Tuesday (Jan. 15), Streamsound Records’ Austin Webb visited MusicRow headquarters. The South Carolina native moved to Nashville after winning a songwriting competition.
“I just up and quit my job in South Carolina and moved to Nashville to write and sing, but it turned out to be harder than I thought,” Webb laughed.
Webb’s demos caught Byron Gallimore’s attention and the rest is history.
Webb recently released his first single “It’s All Good,” which he co-wrote. During his visit to MusicRow, he performed an acoustic set of “It’s All Good,” along with “Southern Belle” and “Getting Even.”
The music video for “It’s All Good” is forthcoming, along with his debut album, which is expected to be released later this year. For more information on Webb, visit austinwebbmusic.com.
