
Nashville Post is reporting that a deal is finally in place between Joe Chamber’s Musician’s Hall of Fame and Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium Commission. A lease agreement has been approved which includes wording that requires the Musician’s Hall of Fame, after the first year, to provide revenue to the auditorium that is above $75k per year and not fall below that amount for any consecutive two year period.
