Christian media and publishing company Zondervan will release its first country devotional book, titled Country Faith. The book will feature interviews and scriptural discussions with numerous country stars, including Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, The Band Perry, Brad Paisley and more.
Music journalist Deborah Evans Price conducted the interviews for the book. She praises the project, saying, “Country Faith is one of the most meaningful projects I’ve ever had the privilege of working on. This book provides artists a chance to share their faith and the revelations in these pages are insightful and inspiring. Country Faith has been a blessing to me and I’m sure it will deeply touch those who read it.”
A portion of the book’s proceeds will benefit singer-songwriter Danny Gokey’s charity Sophia’s Heart Foundation, which helps children and families in need.
