Ramona P. DeSalvo and L. Kevin Levine have created a new firm, DeSalvo & Levine PLLC. Practicing exclusively in entertainment, copyright, and trademark law, the firm can be found at 1720 West End Ave., Ste. 403, Nashville, TN 37203.

Founding member DeSalvo says, “I am excited to partner with Kevin Levine who brings extensive experience in trademark, entertainment and business. Kevin grew up in his family-owned music stores, Pied Piper, Inc., eventually serving as Sales and Marketing Director before attending law school.”

DeSalvo, a native Texan, received her J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law and her A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley. She has been responsible for complex copyright litigation, including the multi-district case In Re Napster; the Bridgeport Music litigation, and the Eight Mile Style and F.B.T. Productions cases. She also teaches Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property at Nashville School of Law.

L. Kevin Levine

Levine, a native of Huntington, W. Va., received his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law after earning his B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Marshall University. He also holds a Specialist Certificate in Music Business from the Berklee College of Music extension school, and is an ASCAP songwriter, an active musician (drums/percussion), and a NSAI Chapter Coordinator.
