BMI and CBS Radio hosted the First Annual Detroit Songwriters Festival Oct. 19-22 in the Motor City to feature the craft of songwriting.
BMI artists/songwriters Hunter Hayes, LoCash, Uncle Kracker, Michael Ray, Wendell Mobley, Casey Beathard, Troy Verges, and Sarah Buxton performed at the event at various venues around the city like the Hockeytown Cafe and Coyote Joe’s.
The festival was sponsored in part by HD Radio and included a special guest appearance from Detroit native Kid Rock.
