Beatles Debut on iTunes, and More News

The Beatles‘ music arrived in the Apple iTunes Store today (11/16/10). “It has been a long and winding road to get here,” Apple boss Steve Jobs said in a statement. The band’s 13 studio albums are available individually for $12.99 (and $19.99 for double albums), or in a $149 “box set.” More here.

Sugarland
has settled out of court with former band member Kristen Hall, who was suing the duo for a portion of their profits. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but both sides have until Dec. 13 to complete the agreement. More from the AP here.

The Country Network (TCN) has begun broadcasting in twelve additional markets on stations owned by Sinclair. TCN has also signed an agreement to air on four Young Broadcasting stations.
