The 135-acre Williamson county estate belonging to Alan Jackson has sold for $28 million. He placed the home on the market almost a year ago for an initial asking price of $38 million. The Nashville Post reports the buyer is a trust in the name of Willis and Reba Johnson. He is the founder and chairman of the publicly traded California company Copart Inc., which auctions off wrecked cars for insurance companies and other institutions. Read the full story here.
