Trent Tomlinson welcomed Nashville music industry members and friends to celebrate the release of his new album That’s What’s Working Right Now, with an intimate performance held on the roof terrace of Hall Booth Smith’s office in the Fifth Third Center in downtown Nashville on Thursday, Oct. 27.
Industry executive and head of Hall Booth Smith’s Nashville office Karl Braun greeted guests at the event, which is part of the HBS quarterly Skyview Terrace Concert Series. Attendees mingled while enjoying drinks and noshing amidst the sights of the city lights, before taking in a live performance of tracks from the album. Tomlinson co-wrote every track on the 12-song project.
Nashville being a songwriter’s town, you never know who will show up to an industry event. Tomlinson welcomed guests including Love and Theft’s Stephen Barker Liles to sit in on a few songs. Country artist Gretchen Wilson was in the audience cheering Tomlinson and celebrating his new release.
