Scott Hamilton Brings Charity Ice Show to Nashville logo

The Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation will present its first Nashville Ice Show and After Show Celebration on November 20 at Bridgestone Arena. “An Evening with Scott Hamilton & Friends” will include a concert by Sheryl Crow and other artists and figure skating from the biggest names in the sport including Hamilton, co-host Kristi Yamaguchi, Olympic champions Meryl Davis and Charlie White, Ekaterina Gordeeva, Brian Boitano, Jeffrey Buttle and more. The After Show Celebration at the Music City Center will be hosted by comedian Henry Cho and Hamilton and will include dinner, live entertainment, a silent auction and a live painting by Nashville artist Rob Hendon.

Tickets for the event are on sale now with reserved seating starting at $35 plus service charges and are available at Bridgestone Arena Box Office and Ticketmaster outlets.

Country artist/veteran Army Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot Ryan Weaver presented a check to Charlie Daniels‘ The Journey Home Project at an event launching his new music video last night (Oct. 18). The new video in support of his single, “Burn,” was premiered at the Bridgestone Arena Plaza to a crowd of fans and featured Benghazi Heroes depicted in the movie 13 Hours.

 

AXS TV To Air Louisiana Flood Relief Concert Special

Louisiana Rising

AXS TV will air Louisiana Rising: A Benefit Concert for Flood Relief on Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 10 p.m. CST to assist the American Red Cross with their continuing flood relief efforts in the region. The one-hour special, co-hosted by Harry Connick Jr. and Randy Jackson from Baton Rouge’s River Center Theater, highlights many of the great moments and performances of the live broadcast which featured Better Than Ezra, Aaron Neville, Hunter Hayes, and Chris Thomas King, among others.
