Music Health Alliance, the music industry’s healthcare advocate, is offering a series of free “Get Covered” seminars on heathcare coverage options for everyone in the music industry.
Partnering with MusiCares, the monthly programs are designed to inform the music community about health insurance options in an ever-changing marketplace and assist with enrollment. Seminars will be held by Music Health Alliance Founder’s Tatum Hauck Allsep and Director of Operations and Certified Senior Advisor Shelia Shipley-Biddy.
The seminars will be held on Nov. 9, Dec. 7, and Jan. 11 at the MusiCares offices at 1904 Wedgewood Ave. in Nashville. Open enrollment takes place Nov. 1-Jan. 31 2017 with Medicare open enrollment running Oct. 15-Dec. 7, 2016.
