Garth Debuts Single Today

Garth Brooks today released “Baby, Let’s Lay Down And Dance” as the first single from his upcoming 11th studio album, coming later this year on Pearl Records, Inc. Written by Brooks and longtime collaborators and friends Victoria Shaw (“The River”), Kent Blazy (“If Tomorrow Never Comes”), the late Kim Williams (“Papa Loved Mama”) and Steve Dorff. Free download codes are on a select number of Fritos corn chips bags. Brooks and wife Trisha Yearwood’s first-ever collaborative album Christmas Together will be available on Nov. 11. His first concert in Hawaii is scheduled for Dec. 10, when Brooks and Yearwood will perform in support of the 75th Commemoration of the Attack on Pearl Harbor.

Cole Plays Nashville Tonight, Then Heads To NASCAR Race

Cole Swindell will wave the green flag to start the fifth race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, the Hollywood Casino 400, on Sunday, Oct. 16 at 1:30 PM CT. Swindell is currently on the Florida Georgia Line tour, which visits Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena tonight (Oct. 13). Swindell’s headlining tour begins Oct. 26.

 
 

Shania Comes To Vinyl

For the first time ever, Shania Twain’s full album catalog will be available on vinyl. Set to be released tomorrow (Oct. 14), this includes her 1993 debut The Woman in Me and 1995’s Come On Over, the best-selling studio album in Soundscan history by any female artist.
