The Nashville Symphony celebrated the release of its latest recording with a party Sept. 29 at the Flying Saucer. The album on Naxos American Classics features two works by American composer Michael Daugherty and is the Symphony’s first release with new Music Director Giancarlo Guerrero. More than 200 people turned out to listen to the album, and hear Daugherty and Guerrero’s thoughts on the project.
