Universal Music Group Nashville ups Stephanie Wright to Vice President of A&R. The news comes days after Stephanie celebrated her 15-year anniversary with the company. In that time, Stephanie has discovered and helped develop numerous artists for the label group with credits including Billy Currington’s “Hey Girl,” Gary Allan’s “It Ain’t The Whiskey,” Lee Ann Womack’s “Last Call,” plus her work on artists such as Kacey Musgraves, Sam Hunt and up-and-comer, Clare Dunn.

“Stephanie has an unwavering passion for music and is a true champion for artists, writers and songs,” shares UMG Nashville Senior VP of A&R, Brian Wright. “She has been an integral part of this company’s success for many years. Time and time again she has proven her ability to recognize and develop talent. Her bold and forward thinking will continue to help UMGN navigate the ever-changing landscape of our industry.
