Underwood will executive produce the project, which is now in development, with Jerry Bruckheimer, Ildy Modrovich, and Jonathan Littman, while KristieAnne Reed will co-executive produce.
The series, written by Modrovich, explores a murderous love triangle in the modern South.
Underwood, Modrovich and Bruckheimer TV are represented by CAA.
The hit single “Two Black Cadillacs” was written by Underwood, Hillary Lindsey and Josh Kear, and was featured on Underwood’s 2012 album Blown Away.
