demonbreun hillElmington Capital Group, owners of the Demonbreun strip, are rebranding the property and immediate surrounding area Demonbreun Hill.

Ben Brewer from Elmington explained the company’s desire to create a neighborhood feel and unique identity for the area, which will have over 1,200 new residential units in the near future.

Elmington has teamed with creative agency Mountain for the Demonbreun Hill branding initiative. They plan on working with businesses and the new 1505 Apartments across the street to produce outdoor events this fall such as concerts, street fairs, professional gatherings and a Big Wheel Race.
