Kathy Mattea is slated to host Polka Pandemonium, in honor of Cowboy Jack Clement and Steve Popovich, Sr., on Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. at Nashville club 3rd & Lindsley. The original 1987 event starred Frank Yankovic, “Amercia’s Polka King” and resulted in a live album on Mercury Nashville. The cover charge is $15. Grammy winners Brave Combo will perform original music along with polka standards.
